Taylor has experience providing behavioral assessment, consultation, and intervention
services for children and families. She develops and oversees individualized behavior
support plans, conducts functional behavior assessments, and collaborates with
caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based ABA
strategies across home, school, and community settings.
Taylor holds a Master of Education in Special Education and a Bachelor of Science in
Early Childhood Education, both from Slippery Rock University, and is a Licensed
Behavior Specialist.
Her background includes roles in early intervention and behavioral health, such as Early
Intervention Service Coordinator and Special Instructor, supporting children with
developmental delays and behavioral challenges. Taylor is dedicated to promoting skill
development, emotional regulation, and positive behavior outcomes through
collaboration with families, childcare providers, and school teams.
